I had great experience in this facility from the very first scheduling phone call through my appointment and finally picking up medical records. The administrator Pam Ramirez is outstanding in her sense of customer service and willingness to help! She collected all the needed paperwork from my out of state provider and did the follow up very efficiently so everything was ready in time for my appointment. Tech ladies were very friendly, competent and answered all my questions. And finally when I came to pick up my records, everything went seamless and with no wait. I would definitely recommend Kootenai Health to anyone!!!

Fantastic experience! From the front office staff during check-in to the folks in the back, everyone was fast, friendly, efficient and competent! Check-in took a few minutes and I didn't have to fill out any of that annoying paperwork every doctor's office wants you to do. I sat down in the waiting room and hadn't even settled in yet before I was called back. My tech was a well-trained and well-supervised student from NIC with a great bedside manner. I had a lot of x-rays to do, but it went very fast. The place was clean and even smelled nice. I couldn't be happier.
