Rocio was the worst sales person I have ever dealt with. She was sarcastic and very rude. I initially went in to purchase shoes for my moms birthday. Nothing I liked in store so I was looking at options to order with her. She looked annoyed and asked if we worked there which was super random. And then asked who our sales person was…which was her? I felt like she was kicking us out and refused to help us. It was just the worst experience I have ever had. I’m never going to that saks again. I prefer other dep stores a short distance away. Terrible. Especially when you’re looking for shoes that are above 1K.

Very cool place everybody is pretty nice my girlfriend shopped there pretty often so I am there a lot. But overall very clean there staff is very nice so far.
