The car wash is open till 6pm. We came in at 5pm. They refused even to talk to us. Several employees looked at our car anf turned their heads into different direction. They could at least say something. Very not professional! Weird! How this company could be even allowed to this mall! So strange! This is the face of the shops!

The only thing that is true about the name is the location. I really don’t care about the price of the car wash just the quality of the car wash wasn’t there. I went over all that location that I want them to concentrate on And one of the employees says he’ll take care of it and when I got my car back none of the location was taken care of. My chrome rims wasn’t clean. I was waiting for my vehicle but it seems like they started on the other vehicles they pulled up instead of my vehicle. This what is my first time and I will be my last. Don’t know if the quality of my car had anything to do with it. I drive $110,000 plus car And I am Asian. There were other cars there was $150k and above maybe I went to the wrong place.

Horrible customer service from the manager never again will I return here. Stay away from this car wash they will even steal all your coins sadly
