My mother’s apartment has mold, her washing machine hasn’t worked since she moved in 4 years and whenever she has an issue it is never fixed. The staff is rude and they harass the tenants, tenants at Golden Lakes barely have privacy it’s almost as though they are running a jail. People should not have to be so uncomfortable in the place they call home, it’s ridiculous.

This is a terrible place to live. I'm counting down to the day my lease is over. They do not care when residents are robbed at gun point by other suspected residents. They have little security and they are lazy. The maintenance takes forever to fix small things and large projects never get fixed. They also have residents paying for an alarm system that was installed. Roaches and bugs are a constant problem no matter how clean you keep your home. And to solve some of the recent crime issues in the complex the management team put in a horrible gate system where it's damn near impossible to locate the resident's name if you don't have their access code. The roll out for the gate system was terrible. The management should be fired. I will not stop until I've reported Cornerstone management to all government agencies. They do care about their residents. I regret the day I ever moved in over here.

Extremely ghetto. Lived here and was the worst experience I had in my life. Lady in the office i forgot her name though... She is rude and has a stank attitude. Dumpsters are overflowed and dead ducks are everywhere. I moved In with a washer and dryer. It's was messed up. Maintenance said they're on their way I called them day by day to remind them..... A year later they still never came. Too too crowded with kids. If you want to stay here especially with family, change your mind please. I HATE GOLDEN LAKES apartments. Junky apartments!!!!!!!!!
