I haven't been to a Steak and Shake in a Year's. They closed down all the ones where I used to live. I was excited to go back to Steak and Shake again. I was not disappointed. This location was very clean, the staff was polite. The food hot, just like I ordered, and very neat, no sloppy food here. Definitely recommend this location! Didn't even take a picture, the food was so good I was in a hurry to eat it.

I don't know because I always have a good experience here. Maybe because I don't call I just go.
Covid-19 safety practices last time I was there, you can only enter to order and pick up, also drive thru. Everyone working there were wearing masks and gloves. There were 3 tables far away from the stores outside by the parking lot.
I'm not sure someone was there with a coupon and the lady observe it but it wasn't Steak and Shake coupons so they may do
Service is mostly slower because the waitresses are now not working the lobby and you cant eat or sit inside yet ...they are not use to the change and they also are making less so chill...they make nothing plus tips ....and now they cant even have tips or extra income because of the processes
I'm not sure about the free wifi, but they are open 24 hours
