Both of my orders were bad. I ordered a small double mocha frozen coffee...it had no coffee and it tasted like medicine. I threw it away on my way home. Then when i git home..my sandwich had yellow peppers. I didn't put peppers on my sandwich...only lettuce, tomatoes,and onions. Why cant my order ever be right.

Overnight staff that makes the food can have a really bad attitude sometimes. We visit 2-4 times a week spending on average 25$ not including gas. I don't understand why NOBODY can take the responsibility to take items that are not available off the menu for selection. I shouldn't be treated poorly because I don't want a different item . I want what I paid for. This is on the managers too. Often I've seen managers there but the mistakes are still hsppening. Often the food will be messed up wrong or missing items. Its slow. Nobody here. The staff is angry and has a terrible attitude and my food is now going on 20 plus minutes. 3 items. 2 are pre made and get scooped into a container. I'm so sick of this. I'm going back to 7-11 .

This Wawa is nothing but Amazing! My 1 stop shop for my coffee as well as my Sandwiches. The store Manager Vanessa is awesome, a excellent leader and problem solver. I watch her just bounce back in fort to different stations making sure everything is going smoothly. Vanessa you must be recognized. Great Job !!!!

Linda the cashier is the only friendly person rest of staff are not only unfriendly but look at customers as if we are annoying them. Wait for coffee is 15-20 minutes long. Depending whose doing your sandwich it will either be good or barely eatable. Bob the mgr although friendly doesn’t motivate staff. It’s a hit or miss if breakfast sizzlers and hash browns are ready in the morning.
