A pure disaster !!! Stopped by last night (around 9:45pm) and it was a mess. First, there was only one car lane for drive-thru. Then it told about 7 minutes for someone to take the order when at the station. Then, they rang the wrong order so wrong food, so even if it was their mistakes, I had to give them back my card so they would charge more … and guess what, they still messed up the order after that ! This location is a disaster! Poor customer service, long wait time and wrong order… serious management issues at this location … Avoid it like the plague !!!

Idk why. But this Mcdonald's is one if the best in my area.

The people at the counter were nice. One challenge they had was that the orders were coming to them from all over. From meal delivery companies, from the kiosk, from the drive-thru, from the people in line, and from people like me inside the store using my app to order. McDonald's needs to make it better and less frustrating for the employees. But the employees themselves are troopers happy people and it was a clean restaurant.

this staff need definite training. probably falls down on management. everyone is lost some girl just gave 3 order to one guy. there is no paper i some of the kiosks. no one running the front registers 20 mins later i get my food no drink. i then need to get there attention to get a drink. and there are no straws. the one you did lady says nope we don’t have them. the other girl agrees and says we don’t have sh*t at this location. Get it together guys im for a hire wage but show you deserve it
