Worst experience ever currently running a sale buy one get one for a dollar I attempted to order at the drive thru 3 times before I was told to pull up to the window which i then gave my order 2 more times before I thought it was done paid pulled up to pick up window given my order to which I checked it had to drive all the way back around to let them know they had forgotton some of my order to which I was not even apologized to and/ or acknowledged for them getting my order wrong I attempted the same order again the next day with the same problems through the drive thru will NOT be going back anytime soon food was terrible service was no better

One sandwich. "No onions please". I get one sandwich with a special sticker on the outside that says...wait for it... NO ONION. Open sandwich to check for onions. Onions. Every F'ing time I go here they get my order wrong on ONE F'ING SANDWICH! Going to be tough convincing people you don't get paid well enough when you can't even get a single sandwich order right.

If you love cardboard in your cinnamon rolls, then this is the McDonald's for you! I am disgusted! After not having the chance to eat all day I stopped to grab something sweet and quick to snack on while I waited for an order to finish. I took a few bites before seeing this stuck to the bottom of the cinnamon roll. No way to call corporate and the company number provided by Google does not work. Just gives an error code. So no way to get my refund. Never again, McNasty! 🤢🤮

Ordered through the drive through, got home, started eating and there was a roach in my son’s box of chicken nuggets. I drove all the way back and thankfully they did refund me my money. There’s no standards anymore. Nothing is anyones problem and people can’t be bothered to do things right.
