Stayed at the Hampton Inn this past weekend and there were five wedding parties staying on the property! Other than the fact that those there for the wedding behaved poorly and as if they were in their own home ordering people around and taking over the breakfast buffet, the hotel was very nice! I feel bad for the staff the way they were talk to by these different wedding groups but they kept their composure and were completely courteous! We stayed for four nights and really didn’t have many complaints other than people coming and going and slamming the doors late at night. Unfortunately you can’t control other peoples behaviors or blame the hotel for the way they act. The room was clean the bed was comfortable, the pillows I think lack in every hotel we’ve been in lately. We checked at the front desk but because of the full occupancy there were no extra pillows. The breakfast had some good options not the best Hampton breakfast I’ve seen but certainly not the worst! The staff is really what saved the weekend! Hats off to the front desk!

The Watchman

The folks at the desk were friendly, helpful, and prompt. Excellent service from each of the people I dealt with (and I was only visiting my brother. He was the guest.). They provided him with adjoining rooms. Both were nice and clean. I would recommend them to anybody who needs a room in or around Frederick, MD.

I love this place! The Beacon is my favorite go-to for good food and drinks. I was digging on the patio area and pool for relaxing. The service was top notch. Everyone is super friendly at check-in/out. Anytime you need something, they take care of it immediately. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The General Manager, Deena, is an absolute pleasure! Hands down, she is my favorite person at the Hilton Inn. I prefer this Hilton Inn to any Marriott establishment (including Marriott's luxury hotels)! I've stayed in countless hotels across the country, and this is one of my favorites! Nothing too fancy, but just perfect.

My family and I were very impressed with our stay. We had a comfortable room and found our time at the property to meet our expectations. A digital key made check-in a breeze. Breakfast in the morning was a great way to start the day. We especially appreciated that this property was pet friendly.
