No, you cannot. They do have limited seating and phone charging stations in the pasture area but having a picnic style time while watching the game is a nice experience.
Yes they have an elevator to get to the top part of stadium. The stands do not require an elevator and are completely shielded with netting. Usually gates open 1 hour before game. The enclosed room (hall of fame) also has an elevator.
They say no rain delay on post hour ago but bring a Rancho as umbrellas are not allowed
