Very nice and clean area, and good services. I really enjoy the landscape and the amenities. And the price of the apartment is a good deal as well. The diversity of the people living there is another bonus. Everybody can feel welcome there.

Had a tenant's car (my roommate) towed because of a discrepancy with a temporary parking pass. I had gotten one from the office to give to my new roommate her temporary pass in order to abide by the rules of the community. The associate of Willowdale who had handed it to me did not explicitly state the rules of the pass, nor did they explain procedure. As a result of the said associate's gross negligence, this tenant's car was towed by AlleyCat Towing company which resulted in a $200 fee. The supervisor who handles issues like this was not even to be seen in the office, so the issue was not resolved in a reasonable or timely manner. I've been a resident of this community for over a year, always paid rent, picked up after myself, and returned shipped packages to the office if I saw they were delivered to the wrong address. To say the least, I am incredibly disgusted by their negligence and unprofessionalism.

There needs to change the way of payment of rent,portal,only i cant,this well leave me homeless in the middle fall into winter. Please change the way rent , so we can pay you. This is never herd of intill the burger management took over. Please be more open to paying buy mony orders. I dont want to and my doctors said that thay do not want me to move, my physical problems are in a state are very serious.
