I showed up for my 10 a.m. tour appointment as arranged. A lady said hello to me but that was the extent of the acknowledgement. No one bothered to find out why I was sitting at the Lobby. I did not want to disturb as they may still have been attending to another client as there were 2-3 people in the main office. I sat there for nearly 40 minutes. I only stood up after I overheard a zoom meeting with supposedly their corporate boss , giving them pointers on how to serve people better. It was then that I realized I had been totally ignored. I opted to leave. The boss, Katrina, did call me after I left. She apologized and offered to have me come back. She said she had no idea why I was there, I guess I do not look like a typical would-be resident of this high end apartment complex. I am a hospice RN, a decent human being, and earn decent income. I did not deserve to be so blatantly ignored-especially since I had a scheduled appointment. Hope your work culture improves for the sake of other prospective tenants.

Century Clearbrook is in a nice location very well manicured community the only issue I have is, in order to rent here they want you to be locked in to a $30 Consier fee for trash and also another expense of $95 for cable some people do not watch TV and you should not make your tenants agree to such Expense to become a tenant that should be up to the person.I should be allowed to rid my own trash in the designated place this place is making people lazy .

What can you say about the apartments at Century Clearbrook. I can say amazing , incredible and the best there is. Merideth and her office staff, maintence staff are great. Grounds are perfect and well taken care of. Maintence is the best there is and there response time is immediate. They have taken care of everything I can ask for. Thank you very much Brett

I moved into this complex 15 years ago while they were still building. I love the layout of my apartment and the great location. Over the years there have been 4-5 different managers and staff. Our current manager, Meredith, has been the absolute best!! Alongside Meredith is the top-notch maintenance team. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Century Clearbrook.
