The bus ride is very good,the drivers are reliable,more grace to greyhound,some of the restrooms where we stopped are very old and dirty,I have a very nasty experience at Houston downtown station,one of the worker send customers out of the building,shouting,I have to beg her to let me sit till my bus is ready,apart from this,greyhound is still the best.

I arrived at this bus station on time but the bus was late. Arrived an hour and a half later. It is so unacceptable. This mainly concerns me that it might happen frequently. And I was not able to reach my final destination on scheduled date of arrival due to a major delay. Greyhound needs to handle this situation well immediately!

Terrible experience. My son was scheduled to depart last night at 7:40pm and was told the bus was running late. Around 9pm all of the customers that were waiting was forced to leave out of the station because they were closing (it was 37 degrees outside). I called customer service and was on hold for over an hour and a half. Ended up driving to get my son, so he will miss class and practice today.

You can park to the left of the bus station (right behind the park) actually when I go to Philadelphia I leave my truck there and then when I come back I just jump in it and go.
It is a train station and is not always open, I suggest you download the greyhound application and it is very useful so Czech timetables
Bums bums bums. Frederick is full of them. Baltimore gives them bus tickets for free to Frederick
