I've been going to these people for over 5 years now and I love how they go out of their way to make sure that you feel comfortable. If you have frames that you like and want to wear again just take them in and they'll put your current eye RX into them, or you can choose from the many other frames that they have in stock. And the prices are Great, from the super high end to the low price range. I definitely recommend for a great price and awesome quality this is the perfect place!

We made the switch to Replacealens after my "go to" online glasses/lens replacing company turned into a "not again" disappointment. My new frames required a bit more attention, and many thanks again to Jared for the personal attention and expert handling of my now perfect glasses. My wife's new frames were easily fitted, and I'm very grateful to the customer service reps for their help in how to shop for designer frames, advice on larger lens size, and more. This is the real deal, a company that makes great products, and backs them with integrity; that is not often seen these days.

When I shared with replacealens the price quoted by one of their rivals for progressive lenses and asked if they can match it, ReplaceALens said they may be able to and began what ended up being more than a dozen email exchanges (they kept asking for quotes, evidences, screenshots). In the end, it was a charade to lure me in to pay a higher price, as the price I had quoted to them in the original email was above their cost (so they said) and they had no intention of matching it. Their dishonesty cost me a lot of time, which is money.

I've used ReplaceALens to put polarized Rx lenses in my Ray Ban frames twice, once about 5 years ago and again recently as my Rx had changed. Both times the glasses were perfect and turnaround time was shorter than advertised. I am not from the Denver area so I had to mail my glasses in. A great thing about this company is when you call them someone actually answers the phone, *and* that person is actually knowledgeable about the products they are selling!

Questions & Answers

I had lens replaced within the last year. Can i mail them back to see if you can polish scratches and/or replace lens with same prescription as before?

Hi there! It is very difficult and usually not possible to remove scratches without damaging the lens or changing the Rx. The exception is if you have an anti-glare coating and the scratches are very light. In some cases, the anti-glare can be removed. However, this process has about a 25% success rate. We wish there were another option but new lenses is usually the solution in these cases. Thanks! Alex@ReplaceALens
