I had lens replaced within the last year. Can i mail them back to see if you can polish scratches and/or replace lens with same prescription as before?

Hi there! It is very difficult and usually not possible to remove scratches without damaging the lens or changing the Rx. The exception is if you have an anti-glare coating and the scratches are very light. In some cases, the anti-glare can be removed. However, this process has about a 25% success rate. We wish there were another option but new lenses is usually the solution in these cases. Thanks! Alex@ReplaceALens

Get new glasses. I don't think prescription glasses can be polish. Will change the prescription.
