Pandora is my all time favorite place to go especially after a long day at work or for those special occasions…. I have 8-10 bracelets and I love them all thank you pandora for being the go to I wear my bracelets all the time…. Broward mall is the best one walking in feels like family I love that feeling thank you for being there.

They said that a kit of Pandora cleaning set has an extra cloth .. and they show to me. Meantime when I was paying $25 for the kit, they took a extra cloth away ( the menager of the store). When I asked for the clothes they said no is inside the cleaning cream. It was only one. No words ... disappointed

This store should be ashamed in their customer service skills. I came to this store looking for something specific as a gift. Upon entering the store, not one employee welcomed me nor gave me the information I might be waiting a little bit for assistance. I asked an associate for help looking for my item and at that point, was told it would be a few minutes. After seeing people come & go with their purchases, watching an employee stand at the register talking on her cell phone, and person after person receiving help, I asked if there was anyone to assist me and again told, it would be a few minutes. Why couldn’t the woman on her cell phone help me? Why couldn’t the woman organizing catalogs help me? Clearly, customer service isn’t a priority here. I have no idea if this store pays commission to employees, but I would rather purchase online because not one employee in the store provided me the experience I was hoping for. I left the store after 25 minutes without any product because still, not one employee helped me or asked what I was looking for.

I went to return a couple of items and my mother wanted to exchange the damaged earrings she bought. The young lady, Shaylyn, that was assisting us seemed to be having a bad day because she had a bit of an attitude when she was processing my return, and when I wanted to exchange one of the charms I bought on sale, she tried to get me to pay full price, she changed her tune when I made her aware of that and she immediately said she can fix that. With my mother she had trouble "finding" her order and assumed that the previous sales person had rung up the wrong pair of earrings. When she did eventually find the right order she tried to get my mother to exchange them for an expensive pair (the rose gold ones) and didn't try to find another solution, like having them ship to the store or recommending another pandora store that have it in stock. In the end, what resulted in this visit was not only a bad experience, but my mother returning everything she bought last week due to her baf attitude (also the fact that flung my mother's credit card back at her didn't make it any better). But we'll be back, however, next time we'll be requesting Stacy over Shaylyn for future purchases.

If you bought it in Pandora take it to the store with the receipt they do not repair there but they can change it if it is in the warranty time if you did not buy it there look for another place because they do not repair
