I want to submit my SSA-44 form with proof of income in order to obtain Medicare related Monthly adjustment Amount. On the form it says make an appointment. How do i make it?

It is very hard to get appointments, we tried calling multiple times but never worked. So we went directly to the office before 9am as it opens at 9am. Our work was done within 1 hour.

If doing things on-line is not your "thing" and if you are able to allot a morning for the task, you can setup an appointment or just walk-in to your local SSA office. A desk representative will be able to walk you through all the required paperwork to get your benefits started. (I've found Thursday mornings to be the least crowded.)

Also the social security has a card that the can put it on and u can use it that way. That's how I use to do it. You can go on line and print any documents you want to submit. I have always done that first, filled them out and then arrive at the office of your choosing as early as possible. Not sure what you desire to accomplish by going to this office. Applying for and receiving benefits are two different things. Most people go through a process of denial and appeals a minimum of 3 times. They hope you Will get discouraged and forget about it.
