I wish we could give a negative rating. I was seated waiting for the rest of my party and wanted to order their monthly $5 margarita. The server said I'm sorry we don't have that. The rest of my party arrived and we all got our beverages and ordered our lunches. I had ordered on the side a Texas cheesy fries. It came and looked disgusting I wish I had taken a picture so I could show you. It looked like it was sitting in the window for an hour. I returned it to Megan, our server, and said I couldn't eat this. If you lifted one fry all of them came up. Megan asked if I would like a new one. I said I think I'm done with that no thank you. There was no visit from a manager? talk about my disappointment? Nothing removed from the bill. I think Chili's has just gone downhill so much. I don't even want to return.

The Watchman

First time at this location. The server that waited on me was great. Whoever was running expo does not do a good job. My fry's were so old they were more wrinkled than a 99 year old person. My patties on my burger were way way over done almost crispy. I do not think I will return to this location because of the horrible quality control. #Shameful

Ambience was okay, neither too bad nor good The food was tasty and economical Southwest chicken soup is a must try. We had the Cajun pasta as part of a 3 for $10 combo and it was slightly bland

Ranked a 1 because there isn't a minus scale. COLD over cooked and under cooked foods not packaged correctly no utensils no napkins. DO NOT GET TAKE OUT HERE. #garbage.
