Walking in and seeing absolutely no employees in the dining room or in sight to be greeted/seated should have been out first clue. But we were visiting from a few hours away with my daughter and her boyfriend and this was the most convenient location to meet at for dinner. Atmosphere was nice, everything was cleaned, but food was, at best, edible. Boneless wings were overcooked and under sauced, but the portions/size of "nuggets" were very fair. Fries were cold. Sweet tea was soured. Our server was a ghost for most of our visit. Our glasses went empty for about half of our meal. And dirty dishes piled up even as we were leaving, the table was not pre-bussed. There was about 3 other tables in the entire place while we were there. We did see about 5 ppl working during our dinner, so understaffed can't be an excuse.

I'm leaving this review for many different reasons. 1. The food was great! 2. The customer service was horrible! The General manager (Jess) was completely unprofessional.The young man that took our order who did not write a single thing down placed it completely wrong... (Jess) sent the server back to our table after we had begun eating and requested 1/2 of the order back to throw away instead of simply letting us have it. While talking with her she made the comments more than once that other people come and try to get free food. I'm a bit offended by the way Jess compared us to other people. The bottom line is I ordered 10 pieces and was brought 20 and while trying to enjoy our meal with my daughter who is leaving to go back to Illinois. It was a complete and very unprofessional experience as well as wrong in so many ways taking food from my plate to thow in the trash!!! The manager blamed US for the server/kitchen mistake of putting an order for 20 wings when I clearly stated when I ordered I only wanted 10 wings. The discrimination I experienced at this establishment from Jess is completely unacceptable and I will be contacting the correct managerial person to to solve my issue. I was simply trying to have a nice dinner and intended on paying for what I ordered NOT trying to steal food as Jess stated to me I was trying to do. So if any one who is looking for a unprofessional environment and a staff who rather throw food away then to have happy customers leave the establishment. Look no further!!

Came in on a Saturday afternoon to get some wings, we got seated right away and a waitress with us quite quickly. We were able to place our drink and food order all at once, and then we only waited about 15 minutes for our wings to come out. They were well sauced and tasty as ever. Our waitress checked in on us several times and we had no issues waiting for our check. Would be happy to come back to this BWW.

Where’s the meat? Ordered take out with two orders of 15 boneless wings, disappointing how small they are. Also the bbq ones don’t have much bbq on some of them. Overall their boneless wings are overpriced for what you get. Won’t make the same mistake again.
