We got food last night and everything was good until I got to my egg drop soup. It wasn't cooked and was not the consistency it should be I am positive I have food poisoning as I've been throwing up since last night. If it wasn't for them not checking their food to make sure it's cooked before serving it maybe they would have gotten more stars. They acted as if it wasn't a big deal or as if this was a common occurrence when I called to inform them of the issue with the soup.

They refused to refund part of our order they messed up on and kept saying it was out for delivery for a hour and a half. I cont called and they kept saying it was out for delivery and finally the manager said ok he would refund money . The manager and staff are aweful and dont care about customers at all. Dont know what tey are doing.

Found a piece of metal in my lo mein noodles. My uncle has had neck surgery and has a smaller than normal throat. If he would of swallowed that he might of been gone.

Disappointed.. I'm so mad the china place by my house is closed Mondays. I made sure I checked reviews here before ordering and they were fair. I didn't think you could mess up what I was ordering. I got pork lomein, it didn't taste good at all. The sauce was dark and didn't taste like normal Chinese lomein. MSG etc.. I got 3 egg rolls because WE LOVE egg rolls in this house but the egg rolls had an off taste. Old tasting. NOT VERY CRISPY EITHER..The wrapping fell apart. I will say the fried chicken was good. Glad I got something I could atleast enjoy but i won't be stepping out on New China again...
