This is my fourth year having a card. I've seen it for 150s to 200 ish mostly. Cost have actually come down, it was significantly more at the begining. People don't factor in the yearly state registration fee of 75. Your other doc visits will be much less. Some places even offer referral discounts. I had 3 friends sign up and got my visit for free. Ask around and see whats happening at your local doc. Don't just dive in blindly
No. The law currently requires you come into the office. We do require masks, distancing, and sanitize throughout the day.
