Friendly staff! Grounds are kept clean. Lots of activities, dog runs, miniature golf, swimming, bingo, etc. Off the main road, so not a lot of road noise.

Been here in the winter 4 years. The manager is awesome and taken great care of the place. The office people and maintenance staff work really hard to keep the place looking nice and the workers are good people. This is a fun winter snowbird park with a great bunch of folks who come back every year for softball and numerous other recreational activities. It's easy to make friends and have lots of fun in the winter. The only advice I have for a new retiree here is to spend time doing a variety of park activities to get to know the people and unique culture of this park so you have the best experience here.

There is NO HOA FEE. Lot rent is $599. a month. Electric is paid by each owner. All the other fun stuff is included in lot rent. Great Neighbors come with the package!!!

This place looked very nice.That is until I started taking a closer inspection (the bathroom/showers were filthy). In one, someone had left trailing tp all over. All the garbage receptacles needed emptying and I could go on and on. I wouldn't have showered in one if they paid me ! When I checked in at the front desk, the staff on duty were distinctly unfriendly. Every question I had, they shoved a brochure at me saying that I would just have to look and see. I am a friendly person and I like people in general. I finally realized that they didn't know much and each lot was different but they DID have the information, just too _____to want to help someone who was looking for a year long lease. The place is okay if you like looking at golfers and golf courses more than nature. I didn't move there.
