Please if you love your loved ones do not place them in this facility. Staff makes fun of residents. Appears that activities are done to entertain the people that work there. They tend to be quick to point out what the residents rights are when questioned about the level of care you are paying for. Director likes to talk over you when discussing issues... Questions never answered... Facility needs updating.. Meals pretty bad.. my dad was served brown lettuce that clearly should not have been served to anyone! There are a few ladies that work there that are helpful and very caring and work very hard, But the attitude you get is "its just a job". I realize that there is no perfect place but this facility is all about $$ and not the residents.

This is the worst facility of any I have ever been to including the county home. I would not put my worst enemy in this place. Severe lack of staff. Meals come out of can. the support staff is kind and considerate there is just not enough of them. "I only need support for every 30 people, that is the law" was the response when I complained. After taking my father out for dinner, we had to wait outside for 30 minutes to be let in. DO Not put your loved one here!
