Steak 'n Shake

My family and I dined in. I ordered the reese's cup shake, a kids meal and some food for me. The shake didn't have any reese's in it and they didn't give us the apple juice for the kids meal. When I asked for them the manager about them after getting the rest of my order he was condescending and didn't even apologise. He made it seem like it was my fault there was no reese's in the reese's shake. I will be avoiding this location.

Food taste good . Service is good . Burger was little bit greasy , Oreo cookies and cream shake was excellent.

This place is awesome but recently when I go my shakes are always 3/4 full when I get them…. When I pay $16 for 3 shakes and they all look like that it’s frustrating

I'm not sure what happened to this place, I'm pretty sure it's one person running the restaurant. They should probably take down the giant signs saying dining room open when the front doors are always locked.
