We build the entire house in sections... The foundation would have to be poured prior to the house being delivered
There is no hard set answer to that question. Because we do all the finishes as well, our price per sq ft varies with whatever options you select. The versatility with which we can build a structure allows for much greater fluctuation in per foot pricing. The best way to determine your bang to buck ratio is just to schedule a quoting.
While our model home is open to the public Monday - Friday, we strongly encourage people to make an appointment.
