Great place to live - location, people, amenities. However, had I known that their HOA company is incompetent, unreasonably restricting and just complete a-holes, I would have looked somewhere else. If they would they would probably charge us to breathe. Only buy here if you will never ever ever ever update anything to the exterior of your house.

I will say we definitely got more for our money using this builder compared to other in the area. The lot size is decent and the house size and layout is perfect for our family. We are lucky enough that we have been able to fix small problems that came up after purchase since the company is extremely difficult to get ahold of for follow up after closing. We have been paying for amenities that are still not done for the past six months with no definitive date for completion at the preserve community in Odessa Florida.
