Isaac is the man! He was extremely knowledgable, and helpful in getting my old iphone SE reset so I could give to my mom, and get her off an even older model. There were lots of little hurdles, I'm sure it's not the most fun thing to do from his POV, but he was extremely kind, patient and gracious over two appointments. Customer service these days is a crapshoot, and employees in any occupation who have the aptitude and attitude that Isaac possesses are rare and should be appreciated!

You are very knowledgeable, thorough and really looked out for my best interests in what I wanted. Also getting my 6+ iPhone upgraded to an iPhone Pro Max went very smoothly! I am very happy with the new phone. You made the transition uncomplicated and easy for me to understand. You care about the customers too and their wants. I wish there were more people like you when dealing with my other needs other than my phone service. I will definitely return to your location for any of my future phone needs. I hope you will get the recognition you deserve and that T-Mobile will recognize and reward your efforts for your professional manner and how well you run operations at this location.
