Hope they can put their $200 nonrefundable Tour Deposit fees to good use.. Mold and mice, probably cockroaches too.. Im pretty sure there was a puddle of urine in the elevator, the upside is that it was running!

Location, views and tenants are great BUT MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE. At least 1 elevator is always broken (this is a ADA violation). There has been no security on sight, tenants are getting their mail stolen, pool chemical levels are unsafe, cars inside the parking garage have been broken into, trash shoot is often blocked and and NOBODY responds to tenant requests. On top of all this, a homeless person has been living inside the building squatting and the the management lady onsite told me she'll call police and take care of it AFTER HER LUNCH BREAK. I'd highly avoid this building and the FPI management company. They have no care or concern for tenants safety and well being.

Truly the worst experience I have ever had applying to a place. On the day I had a tour scheduled, the leasing professional was out sick so the person filling in really didn’t know much about the building. I toured a unit and applied an hour later but the unit was already off the market, except I didn’t know that because all I got was an error message on the portal. Had no idea what that meant and the office didn’t know either. They don’t access the applications, it sent to a third party. The person who gave me a tour assured me nobody else could have applied as she would have received an email. I ended up applying to another unit and never heard back until I finally reached someone who didn’t even seem to know my application had come in. Promised me she’d send an email with the next steps while telling me it could take up to two weeks to get final approval. Never sent the email. Called half a dozen times to the office, nobody picked up and couldn’t even leave a message as the mailbox was full. Gave up. Wrote and asked for my holding deposit back. No response. Impossible to get a hold of anyone. Truly a maddening and infuriating situation. Other complexes actually seem to want their units rented and will try to help you! Not this one. Just glad I read the other recent reviews before I lost my deposit or worse, moved in. Save yourself the hassle and money and stay away from this place!!

I don't live here but I have bunch of friends that live here so I come quite often to visit. Pros - got gym, swimming pool, shower, and common areas Cons are beyond bad - *Only two elevators serving 18 floors! *One elevator is down sometimes or occupied by movers (always people moving in and out, as they can't retain tenants). Imagine if one of them goes down and with only one elevator serving 18 floors (imagine if you live in 18th floor lol? That's just insane). *The stair way is always stinky and sticky because no one cleans. I understand that since they only have one stairway to go up and down, it is hard to clean them in regular business hours, but they need to not be cheap and hire overnight crews too clean it from 10pm to 5am when there are the least people using the stairs. It's wet and stinky! That's not acceptable especially with so many people walking on the stairs when elevators are occupied or down.

We have washer/dryer on site in a laundry facility located on the main floor. Laundry units require you to use your debit or credit card to use. To wash is $1.75 a load and to dry is $1.25 a load. We also have Laundry locker available for upgraded dry cleaning service or Rinse as a door-to-door laundry vendor. We do not have in-unit laundry but we have so much more!
We have a fitness center complete with an upstairs yoga studio and Peloton bikes. We have a pool that is heated year around, hot tub, and a pool room complete with cable tv and wifi. In our courtyard area we have bbq grills, lounge area, and a dog park for our furry little friends. All amenities are currently open at limited capacity to residents of the property and everyone is required to wear a facial covering in these areas per public safety officials.
Parking is free in the area. Not metered. There are plenty of options both on side streets (3rd Ave and 4th Ave) and/or on the main street (E. 12th) to choose from but you will have to pay attention to street signs to be aware of when street sweeping will take place.
Parking is available on site but it does not come with a unit. We have a parking garage connected to our courtyard and an inside space (covered) is $175 per space and a rooftop space (uncovered) is $150 per space on a month-to-month rental basis.
