Not worth the effort. You can barely see the falls. They are very far away. The trail from Signal Point Park to the overlook is steep, slippery, and missing steps. If you were hiking the trail anyways then the overlook is a good spot for viewing the gorge, but if you're wanting to go just to see Julia falls then you will be disappointed.

Great quick hike. There are stairs at the beginning, but east trail to navigate.

A great lookout to rest and enjoy the views. A short distance from Signal point, but the trail is eroded enough that you really need to be careful

If you enjoy an actual hike, this is a great place. Go all the way around to Edward's point and itll be worthwhile. The terrain is moderately easy with a few spots being slightly rough.

The hike to Julia Falls overlook is less than a mile. Getting TO the falls is a different hike. You can start your hike from Signal Point and get to Julia falls overlook and continue on to Edwards Point which is a full 6 mile hike out and back to Signal Point. A great afternoon hike!
It's normally not busy during the day, during the week. It will be busy on a nice weekend or holiday
