BUYER BEWARE!!! They sell trash cars Then try to convince you that they don't. Marshall has specifically said they don't do any minor checks on the vehicles that come in only major ones so if it's like missing a window or head light because " if they did they'd have to charge more " . They take advantage of you & swoon you as soon as you set foot in the door. They know the right words to make sure you feel like you are getting the deal of a life time when In really you're getting a car who burns 1.5 quarts of oil every 1000 miles . They refuse to help you once you realize how big of of mistake you just made. If you've ever seen the movie Matilda- this dealership is 100000% like her father ( who know maybe Mr.Wormwood would fit right in there 😉) So unless you want a 15000$ lemon then I'd advise you'd go somewhere else.

Got a new to us car with Vlad yesterday. Cool no pressure sort of atmosphere Vlad and I spoke and he knew what I was looking for and accommodated us. Everything was easy and we left pleased......Not looking forward to getting a car anytime soon but when its time I'll call Vlad at Kitsap Auto Outlet to hook it up.

This is easily the best dealership I've ever been to. Very friendly staff and I never felt pressured into my purchase. They were very honest and professional. I've purchased my car over 2 years ago and I have had no problems at all. They still call me every now and then to ask me if the car is still okay and if there is anything else I need. Sadly I've moved away from there so most likely I would not be buying from them again. I wish every dealership operated the way they do. They do everything over the top.
