I would like to say thank you to Constance and the entire crew. I have lived here for over 3 years and they have done everything they could to help us individually and as a community in whole. No one likes change and let’s face it, new rules suck but sometimes they have to be implemented for things to be better. Sometimes we tend to lash out due to our discomforts but if we want to maintain a beautiful clean and safe environment, we have to give them a chance. I have always been greeted with respect and kindness when dealing with the office personnel and being that this is a pretty big complex, maintenance is doing their best imo. Since I too now have to smoke outside lol I really have noticed how much better the complex has been looking and I have gotten to meet and chat with some pretty great neighbors. Constance and crew Thanks again-You are appreciated:)

I love this place. The staff and owners are really welcoming. They care and regularly walk the apartment just looking to improve the space. They hired more maintenance staff & made work order requests digital which went a long way in servicing requests. I’ve had a great experience with getting timely service from new tech after putting my work order in. The apartment itself is comfortable and has a peaceful community. The pics I posted are a view from my bedroom & one of the owner’s Corgis.

Started an application for this company, and put in the hold deposit, believing that I would be able to get the deposit back if I never finished the application. When I didn’t finish the application, since I was unsure at that time if I needed a 3 month, 6 month, or 12 month lease, I asked for the deposit back, since I am not renting an apartment from them until I am sure what the length of lease is yet. Their response was “too late, nothing we can do”…. If they do that on an application, not a place I would want to live, as they seem like the type of place that would hit you with every single fee they could come up with at move out.

ONE MONTH since we put in the work order and Atlas still hasn’t fixed my dryer….its the simplest of repairs it just needs a fuse…… I’ve called every week and visited the office twice…. I feel completely disregarded as a tenant…. they’ve told me they’ve can’t give me an exact repair date and I’ve been told they don’t have parts because they don’t keep parts stocked…. and that a dryer is a “secondary” appliance so more important maintenance is being done other places and that I need to go to an laundromat…. WORST OF ALL…. they refuse to deduct any of my rent for the inconvenience when a washer and dryer were the main reasons we chose this place…..

Not exactly sure on every size unit, but my son was paying $1790 per month on a non-updated 3 bed to bath unit.
