Great way to get to and from the airport. The drivers are always very courteous and helpful. The driver today helped a visual impaired man get on the bus and pay. Àt the man's destination, the driver made sure he could wait inside the gas station so he'd be safe until his ride arrived. That's going above and beyond the call of duty. The shuttle is perfect because you don't have to fight traffic, you just sit back and enjoy the ride. My family and I have used this service frequently.

Very cold on the bus and the driver did not inform passengers that they could request a change in temperature. Also was not dropped off in front of my airline (Alaska Airlines) even though there was ample opportunity and I specifically informed the driver in advance and upon arrival.

If you have ANY other way to travel to and from the airport use it. This is a very unprofessional company and I feel sorry for the employees. Do NOT trust the website, you MUST call and talk to someone. Do not get stranded, make sure you talk to a real person. Our poor driver was exhausted and appeared to be in extreme physical pain which made me put aside his extreme rudeness. Terrible experience, again. Will never use this company again. *Update the driver ran off the road twice and honked at cars, I am praying we arrive safely.

I've been using the Kitsap Airporter almost every time I fly out of Sea-Tac. Price is good value, they are punctual, professional, and prompt. Usually I am on the bigger transporter, but this time it was a 10 passenger van with space for 6 guests as the middle seat of each row was eliminated and we didn't have anyone in the front passenger seat. They now take card payments on the van with a tablet and using clover point of sale software. The only thing I have to suggest is the option of putting tips on the payment system as the driver did not know how to do that. They do earn tips for excellent service! I rode this time for safety of my family after a multi state trip and wanting to get home without the possibility of contaminating our POV before I could get home and sanitize. I feel comfortable with the level of precautions that Kitsap Airporter has put in place. Thank you.

Yes
Yes.
Do you pick up in Silverdale?
I work at BKA making reservations, so I know for a fact that you can make reservations for someone else using your account. You just have to put down their name as the person who's travelling. Our website had been having some issues recently so if you're having trouble making reservations I encourage you to call the office and make the reservation over the phone.
They don't pick up at your house. Only the scheduled pick-up spots. People get a ride from friends, family, taxi/uber, or the bus to the gas station. I've never seen anyone leave their car there. I'm guessing your car would be towed if you did.
It leaves 20 minutes after the hour every hour. Starts at 05:20 am and last is 11:20
The shuttle desk is just past luggage pick-up #1. They are scheduled to leave on the half hour but they are always late. Check in first at the desk to get a boarding pass number or you will not be able too get on the shuttle at all. Good luck.
I would take the 3 am departure from the port orchard stop. Should get you there around 4ish
Yes, they don't offer round trip now. You pay the Driver with a debit or credit card at the airport to return. People would think they had a reservation when that wasn't how it works.
No anyone that is coming from SeaTac Airport needs to buy a ticket from the driver. NO reservations from the airport only going to the airport.
No leaving SeaTac Airport its first come first serve and you buy a ticket from the driver.
Yes
I live on Key Peninsula; picked up @ Purdy.
Nope. I did take a pic with my phone. But the driver has the reservation list.
No. Unfortunately they system still looks at it as a reservation.... the Rep can process pmnts w/i about 15 seconds and all of the drivers are equipped with an ipad and card swiper and they can get you ticketed in seconds if the Rep is gone for the night...
Here is the schedule: https://www.kitsapairporter.com/schedule/
I don't believe so. It picks up at the 76 Station on Sedgwick, and there's no room there for long term parking.
I'm sure they must have one but I've never been on one that was
Yes, they run 7 days a week.
Departs On the half hour, every hour 5am - 12am. As of Aug 5, 2019 - Now it's back to 20 min after.
We have to drop at the airport, sorry
Yes, they pick up from the airport hourly. They do not take reservations for pickup. You need to go to the airporter kiosk to get a ticket.
They do not. Couple Bremerton stops and Sedgwick in Port Orchard
They do have seat belts. Call them to check your concerns.
Their website says office is open 24 hours but shuttles only run for 20 hours per day. https://www.kitsapairporter.com/schedule/
About 50min depending on traffic/weather/construction
If it's the port orchard location, it picks up at the 76 station next to sharis and McDonald's. If it's Purdy, it's the key center exit. It's on 144th near peninsula high school.
SeaTac its there next to it
No.... Sorry... Port Orchard would be the closest ...
Yup. Pretty sure they start at 6.
Its currently in the same spot. Just outside. Come out of security. Go to the baggage claim floor and head right all the way to end. Outside just past the last door.
Pick up is Baymont hotel up the hill across from cemetery or the 76. Gas station by shipyard
No you just need to give them a call.
Pick up is at am pm gas station by Bangor naval base, or on Bangor naval base at specified places
The farthest stop is the Am pm store in keyport, near Bangor naval base
One way is 25$ RT is 45$
FROM the airport no. I would recommend getting in touch the Airporter and arranging a R/T if you are going to and from the airport. It saves you $$$$ !!
