Great gym, really excited with the addition of the heavy and speed bag over the last several months.

Horribly run business. Looks like they built this place and put equipment in it in the 80s and made zero updates since then. Much of the equipment is old and falling apart. Cleanliness is a huge issue; the bathrooms are especially disgusting. In an attempt to fix the roof and update equipment, they charged a $20 fee to all active memberships... You're a business, it's your responsibility to manage repairs and updates over time which clearly cannot be done. Females will feel uncomfortable due to creepy staff members.

We have had a membership here for over a year and it's okay. If you are a woman I wouldn't say you would feel comfortable around here. The guys that go here always have a comment to say. In my opinion for what we pay for it isnt worth it. The classes arent included in your membership. You have to pay extra for having 24 hour access. The only plus is they have a sauna. They are missing a lot of machines that I would usually use in the previous state we lived in. Overall the staff is nice. It just is 50% senior citizens 40% men and 10% women. If you are a woman that weight trains because of the nasty guys that go here I would say look for a different gym. Getting hit on through out your workout will be what happens everytime.

Since the first time I attended OFC a few years ago, I knew that if I moved West to Port Orchard, THIS would be the gym I would join. I moved here this year, and I am THRILLED to have joined, and work with Jen W. as my personal trainer. Please continue to have such amazing staff and facility. I am truly proud to be a member :)
