Same or next day visits is a lie. They’re booking 2-3 weeks out. You have to drive to SF or Oakland for sooner appointments. Staff is very unhelpful over video / messaging. Basically just funnel you back to book an in person appointment. Which: wait 2 weeks, or drive sick an hour to a city office.

My Family Doctor of 20+ years retired. He always listened and treated me like Family. The Medical Group, that took over his practice, made me feel uneasy, unwelcome, as if my expectation of being treated as an individual was too much to ask.
