Fair pricing and fast responses. However, they definitely need to handle their customer's stuff better. Although my laptop is broken beyond repair, it doesn't mean you can scratch it up and ruin the outer shell.

I've worked with Marin Mac Tech for a number of years. I started working with Travis, who was terrific, and for the last few years, have worked with Shiva. Absolutely wonderful. From recommending the computer (etc) that I would need, to the installation of new computers and associated devices, to tackling complicated needs around photo projects (how to store safely and installing the gear to do so, moving photos from various media onto the new device), ensuring the right back up is in place, consolidating records and old files from one computer to another, researching records that were impossible to find, to really simple questions that were treated with patience and dignity (when I should have known better!!). Travis and Shiva are always helpful, knowledgable, kind and efficient. Shiva is a blast to work with and is super responsive.
