While looking at the delivery devices, the lady who approached me was EXTREMELY rude when I told her they didn't carry the particular piece I was looking for. So she scoffed, hatefully and quickly spun around and dismissed herself with attitude and was rude and refused to assist me further. I JUST moved to the area and have spent HUNDREDS of dollars already... I'll go to Apex and pay more, just because of this horrible experience...Apex doesn't treat customers that way.

So I usually don’t leave reviews but the experience was kinda lacking First time visiting Moses lake/Washington state and had a three day stay. Out of the 3 shops I visited in that time my last day here I entered the store with no greeting,out of the three people there I had only one person trying to help or talk to me the young gentlemen that helped me was super helpful. I visted Apex and Green seed before this and and compared to my last visit I can tell a difference on how employees interacted with customers from between each store. Just go to Apex for a great customer experience and atmosphere
