My first review of West Coast Auto Dealers in Moses Lake was about a bad experience with them. Then, we thought they made things right, so I erased the review & gave a good one. Now I'm writing another dissatisfied experience. The original vehicle we purchased ended up having a major issue. In the end they could not figure out the problem. It was a long process. Took about 4 1/2 months. We appreciated them keeping us in loaner vehicles. That's where the good part stops. They had us come in to look at a vehicle. They said we had to take the offer or take back the vehicle we originally purchased that had issues they could not diagnose. So, we took the deal. However, we told them a few times we wanted to keep the payments less than $300 a month. The newer vehicle was $400 a month. Also, they advertised the vehicle for about $4000 less than what they offered it to us for. I mentioned that to the store manager, he said that was not the same vehicle. They pressured us to take the deal. I even cried in his office. After we got it home we looked it up on line. Sure enough, that was the same vehicle. Same Vin number etc. He lied to us. They did not sell it to us for the advertised price. I have stored evidence of it. So, they made us take the deal, lied to us, charged us $4000 more than the advertised price & made our payments $100 more a month than what we thought we could afford. Also, the vehicle had around 72, 500 miles on it. They had it listed around 68,000 miles. I mentioned that to them. They said they would correct it in the paper work. They never did. Which makes it bad for the warrenty. Puts us at a disadvantage. Last year it had the cam shaft follower replaced. Thank goodness it was covered under warrenty. Now fast forward to recent events. The vehicle is in the shop. With only 102,000 miles on it & it needs a new engine. The piston is almost completely melted in cylinder 3. And it might not be covered under warrenty. We've only had it a couple months shy of three years. And the engine is shot. Not only that, we still have three years to pay on it. We were totally taken for a ride. And not a good one. We are very disappointed in our experience with them. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Went in today to trade in my 2013 Ram 3500 for a 2002 Dodge Ram 2500. I wanted to down grade. They were selling the 2002 for almost double book value then trying to give me the low book value for my truck. There is nothing wrong with my truck I just want a lesser payment. How can they expect me to pay double book value for their truck and they want to give me less than book trade in value for mine. This place is a rip off. Stay away. Hippocrates.

Staff is very friendly and unassuming in your vehicle choice. They are a big help if you dont like being rushed to buy a car.
