I was visiting central Washington from Tennessee to see friends. I simply need to get my seed fixed. I made a call J&M they told me to come right in. I was able to get my seat repaired like it was new the quality was fantastic the pricing was very fair And I had a quick turn around. You never really realized your seat is in bad shape until you can't take it anymore. I am so happy to have a new seat, I will enjoy my ride back to Tennessee. J&M Did me right the 1st time, even though I'm not going to be a repeat customer they still treated me like I was a local and a friend.
