My mom gifted me a watch for my Bday from Michael Kors, they told her i can go anytime to get it resized, i obviously needed it resized, when i approached the entrance i was greeted by a lady and i asked her what i was there for and she went and spoke with someone else she then came back and told me that they do not resize watches on the weekends, and told me to go accross the street to Fossil and that they will do it for no extra charge, i was really upset, 1. why would you not resize on the weekends? weekends are usually when people are more available to go shopping etc... 2. why would they lie to my mom, 3. why would you send someone to another 3rd party store to get a watch resized when it was clearly their brand, their product? ( i showed them my gift reciept) i then decide to drive across to Fossil and asked them what had just happened and they told me that "this isnt the first time we get customers from them, they always tell them that they cant do it" they continue to resize my watch and was really happy with them, will definitely go back to FOSSIL, if it wasnt for being a gift from my mom i would of returned the watch to Michael Kors and not do business with them ever... they need to work on their customer service..

The staff in this store is always so helpful we have never experienced an unpleasant until today. They were putting out merchandise and it happened to be just what we wanted. We purchased 4 purses 3 of them were brand new merchandise and this one employee seemed to be bothered by the fact that we took it off the shelves. Be careful though, we found out they take a firm firm let me tell you that just allowed us to spend more money because we can make payments on our purchase without interest, hence the $50 hand sanitizer holder. #spenttoomuch! Regardless of that employee's mood, we will definitely be returning to the store we love the rest of the employees they are always so helpful and have more suggestions. I love my Country purse.........my favorite! Thank you guys, you made our day!

Michael kor was very wonderful to visit and shop for hand bags all together i brought four bags. Two for $99 and three for $29.99. In the napa outlet & one coat for $89. And. Charge it on my wells forgo debit card. But also had a great exchange of some items in both stoers getting back crédit and both stores back the napa county outlet as well as the vacavill ca. Outlet ending up with only one. Handbag. I had exchange my blue for Brown on thursday jan.8th 2021. But i was very please but the only bad and sad espérance was getting the vice président of vallejo of wells forgo on tennesee street to tranfare all of my transaction amounts back to my debit card checking account on the friday the 8th
