This a a great post office, easy parking, very friendly fast service! I highly recommend this location, been going there for many years and they have the most friendly, efficient and knowledgeable postal clerks!

I would not recommend this post office to anybody. They have terrible customer service and has lost my package and is unable to help me . Always keep track of who you speak to and escalate the matter because the employees at this specific post office don’t care about your belongings . It’s 8 days now and I still have not had my issue of my missing package resolved .

Made an appointment ahead of time for passport. I showed up early with the correct documents and picture. Went right in and was done in 20 minutes. I was treated with courtesy.

Maybe I'm the rare exception and didn't try to get a passport during vacation season. I had a very little wait and they were very helpful. When shipping a package they are also very helpful. If I forget a form they let stand to the side and fill it out instead of going to the back of the line. I think most of you are being unreasonable and you should also be getting your passport during the off season.

The manager yesterday gave me a "direct number" and it is actually disconnected. You can't make this stuff up.

I believe it depends on what kind of passport you applied for, renewal or new passport? I would say Google "how long does it take to process and/or receive my new/renewal passport application. I hope this helps.
You should set an appointment for them. You can get paperwork ahead of time but the rest requires an appointment
