Terrible carry out experience. The food is always great. I've never had a problem with this place, but recently I ordered take out. Got home and realized they gave me tofu and fried rice instead of orange chicken and fried rice. I called, they said the only thing I could do was come back out and get an orange chicken. They refused delivery or refund. So I came back the next day, and told the lady the situation. She said she can only give me the orange chicken, not the fried rice because that was in the bag yesterday. She said I would have to pay for the fried rice. Extremely disappointing experience. Make sure you check your bag!!

The best Chinese I had to go. I had orange chicken very good not dry white chicken lots of sauce. Yummy. Be back again. I live in bay village the bay village Chinese take out not good compared to this. This place is the best and cool name. My mom loves it too.

Good food just poor customer service. They hang up on you when you call them because they forgot something with my order. They refuse to send the missing food and credit you for the next time. So I still had to cook myself dinner.

Nice place! Hard to find Chinese restaurants that still allow you to dine in. This place was very clean, the waitress was very good, the food came out promptly and tasted excellent! A little bit far from my house but this will probably be my new "go to" Chinese restaurant. Highly recommend.

I recommend Dragon Tower's highly, for guality, taste, amount and price, one of my favorite Chinese restaurants for year's. I believe the restaurant started back in 1984 at the Kamm's Plaza, Dragon Tower's has had several ownership changes, but all have kept the original recipes I've heard, and from what I've been able to see and taste. There's another Asian Vietnamese restaurant I recommend highly called Minh Anh on Detroit Avenue & 54th and another restaurant called Siam Cafe on St. Clair Avenue and East 40th, I know they're all spread out from the Kamm's Corner neighborhood but are certainly worth the drive, and give any new comers a sense of our multi cultural city.
Sorry for the inconvenient. We are planning to reopen Monday soon.
