Steelyard location is absolute trash! Staff is rude, they don't inform you of follow up needs. Constant scheduling changes. Appointments are made but when you get there the wait period is 45 minutes or longer. Dental staff that actual do the cleanings are rough and inconsiderate. Scheduled me for tooth filling at 4 pm but by the time I got back there they had informed me that I'd have to schedule another appointment (a month out) in order for it to get filled because they were running late. Literally the worst place for a family to go. I know its hard finding a dentist but I'd definitely recommend you don't take your family here. They need new staff or to be shut down!

I had an appointment today the staff there were exceptional. Everyone was pleasent and the doctor took her time with me. She was very proffesional and understood everything i was going threw with my previous dentist. She was able to even start my root canal today and kept me very comfortable. The office was so clean and and they followed all covid_19 restrictions. I will refer them to all i know.

Dental assistant was very nice. Kept me calm. Specialist who did my boyfriends extraction left a piece of tooth so he did not remove the whole thing & He also was very rough & rude. I got different teeth extracted than my boyfriend and wasn’t even given my own prescription! I was told to share one with my boyfriend who had been given his own meds! Honestly do not recommend. I went here because I have taken my son here before but I will NEVER take him or go there for myself! Ever again!!!

I am so happy with Bright Now!Dental Appointment are so easy to get.There is no waiting in line when you come.The front desk folks are so nice and friendly and always smiling.The inside is always clean and smelling good.It is super clean here.I have been a MetroHealth patient for years I am so glad I Made the Switch!!! I have been coming here for almost a year. Come one come all to Bright Now!!!
