All the social services in one spot and with parking! The place is so big though it gets a little confusing a map at the entrance would be helpful. The guard at the desk was very nice and tried to be helpful but evidently didnt speak much english so it took about 30 min search and another guard to get me where I needed to go.

Eastmont Town Center certainly has it's issues, but they're working on it and it's slowing improving. It's a good idea to visit during the daylight and stay alert. I visited the CVS, it was busy, clean and well run.

It's a very okay mall. There are some good stores on the outside but inside; it's basically a dead mall. Very few stores are open and of the stores that are still there, less than half are for shopping.

No the EDD office was off Hegenberger Rd the last time I knew.

Go to alameda County web site. Or visit the office at Eastmont mall. Lower floor
Just because its hallways are open doesn't mean any of the offices are. Nothing but city and county services there these days. No shopping.
