Closed for the season. Low water. Dock is high and dry. Great place to camp and fish during the spring and summer

Agree with Joseph. There's some real nice sites down by the lake.

Can I camp here for a night? Are there any fees?

Willow Point is a county campground. As such, the fees are higher than a FS campground. I had no trouble finding a site when I camped there, but you can make reservations online to play it safe. A quick look over recent reviews indicate Willow Point is currently closed this fall of 2018 due to low water levels. It may also be only open seasonally. I'd expect it'll be open again sometime in the spring of 2019.
