Very caring and helpful people in the Court Clerks office. I have talked to them several times and all interactions exceeded my expectations.

I am so upset with the court’s incompetence. My lawyer was forced to modify an order for our conservatorship case because the court made an error that needed to be corrected. Because of their error, the need to modify and re-file, I was charged another filing fee ($128). That is the definition of ridiculous and highway robbery. I don’t get rewarded at my job for making mistakes so why do I need to pay the penalty for someone’s incompetence?

This is a criminal organization operating with threat of violence. Court records are tempered and hearing date showed vacated but the hearing took place. Proceedings against the rules and violate the laws as if there is no law in this nation. Judges don't have dignity and abuse the authority. Court holiday due to pandemic but proceedings happened behind closed doors and malicious prosecution is a tradition in this county. If the case is assigned to the judge Leland Davis, it is nightmare. Good judges don't exist and these criminals acting like they hold absolute power. Cops in the court with guns is the worse. We are at the court against our will yet intimidated with deadly weapons and threat of violence if you speak out. Disgusting criminals in office is called democracy.

The two is for the wonderful employees enduring through decades of bureaucratic incompetency whilst maintaining a reasonably good demeanor with the public under the circumstances. How is it that in the 40 years I have lived in the area it seems as though a new jail (hundreds of millions $$$) is constantly being built and yet the courts don't even rate a makeover never mind a brand new shining example of the judicial system in all its glory? I believe we are on jail #3 in 25 years..... But for the employees this would definitely be a big fat zero.
