I brought in a print that I had since 2017 from a trip to Madrid España to be framed. . I had to wait over 5 months because what I chose was imported . All in all I love it even though it was a bit over priced for such a long wait.

Great experience today. Went in to get some glass and framing accessories for a frame that I had made and Lorenz could not have been more helpful. Went out of his way to help me with what I needed I terms of framing tools, understanding I was a DIYer. Fantastic customer service. I have had framing done here by their framing service as well, and they do a great job.

Selection and pricing is good. The store is a bit lean on products. I did find what I needed but If you are looking for something specific , I’d call before going.

I rec'd a gift certificate in 2019 and went in a couple weeks ago to use. The counter person referred me to one of the managers who said they couldn't locate the certificate as it was only a piece of paper printed out; didn't have any identifying number or names. He was very nice but couldn't grant use of the certificate I had. He asked for my information and any/all identifying names/addresses that he could use to try and find but didn't promise anything. Of course I just thought that would be the end of it given it was 2 years old but to my surprise I received a call a few days ago from the same manager who happily reported they were able to find the gift certificate and was going to re-issue so I could use. I thanked him for going the extra mile to locate and for the integrity of his business practices. We know it would have been easy to just say, "sorry, we couldn't find anything" but instead they really tried and were successful. I have always had an excellent experience shopping at University Art and will continue to happily shop there and refer anyone as well. THANK YOU!
