The coolest outlet and experience we’ve had anywhere. My husband is doing some work that would require quality grade HEPA filter on the vacuum and the person manning the store was super helpful over the phone and in store with detailed information. Can’t wait to go back!

Ralph is knowledgeable about vacuums, helped me learn how mine worked, and even unjammed it for me! I wish more stores were like this one. They have so many cool vacuums and it’s awesome to be able to test one out before buying. Check them out!

Decided to start using my sewing machine during the pandemic and the sewing machine which I had for years failed. Took it to Ralph's and the repair was done quickly and efficiently. We appreciate local businesses like Ralph's are here to serve the community.

I would have to check if available. I will contact you later or you could bring in the machine so we could check the condition of the machine. The part looks to be $39.95 and labor around $39.95. The whole back of the machine has to come off to get to the bobbin winder assembly. Might want to come in and look at some better quality machines. We would need to order tha part.
