Chris was punctual and very helpful. He suggested to call the manufacturer and see if I could the part for free, which I did. He was able to replace the water heater panel the next day after I received the replacement.

I hired Oro Pro for replacing a tank water heater with a tankless one, and they also discovered some repairs needed for the plumbing system and they did the work. Every time they come they’re polite, on-time, and efficient. Due to probably some issue with the plumbing of the house, when the water heater turns on there’re noise in the house. We went back and forth several times on this and the noise issue was eventually resolved. After each work item is done they’d send an invoice along with the pictures, which I think is great. One minor thing I thought could be improved is that I don’t alway get the pictures in all the invoices, might be some technical issue? Overall highly recommend!

I had a leak coming from below my sink. Anytime I'd run the dishwasher or garbage disposal I would end up with a puddle on the kitchen floor. I called Oro and set up an appointment. I received a call 20 minutes before they arrived, as well as a text with a picture and name of the repair-man who would be helping me. Enrique S was the one who helped me; he was professional, arrived on the early side of the time-window, didn't try and upsell me, and made it a good experience. I would recommend using Oro and Enrique again.

Jonathan the owner was responsive & professional. He provided a cost range for the job prior to setting up the appointment and let me know about a site visit charge that goes towards the total cost of the job. He took the time to answered my clarification request and did so in a kind manner. Great customer service which is much appreciatedI. I then received my appointment confirmation with a 2 hours window. Chris called me to let me know he was 15 minutes out. Chris & his colleague were on time and efficient with resolving my clogged shower/tub. They came ready to tackle any drainage issues with al their equipments, they only needed the small equipment and were in and out with 45 minutes. They used mask and shoe covering and gloves during their visit. It’s my impression that Jonathan and his tech have a great supportive working relationship. I appreciate a company that takes care of their employees. I would use Oro Pros for future jobs and happily refer them to friends and family in the area!.
