I want to personally thank you for the professional and prompt service. Byron troubleshooted my AC issues quickly and replaced the part needed to ensure the unit to run efficiently. During this scheduled call out they also was able to replace my hot water tank anode. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a service call. I will be using them again in the future. Don't waste your time with this place. Had a brand new ac unit installed in our camper bedroom and after install we found it pours water on our bed when it rains. Called to have them fix it. After multiple calls and of course no calls returned they finally show up, change a bolt, claim it's fixed and the next time it rained it leaked. Called to have them fix it again and the next time we got our camper out to use, it still leaked. Called to have them fix it once again and they want us to pay for parts labor and a service call. That is NOT how you handle business on something that is completely on your end with the install not being done correctly. Will never be using this business again. At this point I'd rather pay someone else ONE time to have the leak fixed correctly than waste my money on having them fix their own mistake for the 3rd time.

Great work. Got my camper hot water heater back working on electric. Didn't take long at all. Nice people.

DO NOT RECOMMEND .... Was charged $255.00 for a estimate to repair slideout damage. on 12/7 and was told it should be ready in a couple of days. Called on 12/13 and was told she had a couple questions for Byron but it should be ready the next day. Called on 12/15, no answer left message to be called back but no call returned. Called on 12/20 and girl said other lady was in the shop but would leave message for her to call me, no call back. Called today, 12/21 and was told she was at the dentist but she would leave her a message to call me. I asked her why since apparently does not return calls but someone needs to call me today and the other lady should be fired.
