Worst apartments I’ve ever witnessed. The roaches are EVERYWHERE. They crawl all over the ceilings, they’re all over the floors, when you open the front door, they come falling down on top of you. Toilets don’t work. Dishwasher doesn’t work. The sinks leak underneath and spill all over your floors. Gnats come and go. Plumbing is horrible. SAVE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT MOVE HERE. You CANNOT get rid of the bugs, and pests. I’m only leaving this review to save you from what I went through and so the staff can step up their game. The apartments need to be knocked down and rebuilt.

Let me tell y'all something when you walk into the Providence of Baytown you walk into some very beautiful smiling happy to help you faces eager to help you so if you don't get down here pretty soon get your apartment somebody else going to get it you better come on and get it y'all hurry up now you're here tell them that Debbie Addison said to come and see them and they know who I am They're pretty flowers out front and everything so y'all come on down here and get your lease signed oh and by the way they are a second chance program so come on in they got you covered I promise you. stay blessed

I give a 3 star due to tenants here take their dogs to poop and don’t pick it up even though they give you bags, also don’t get an bottom apartment cause at least me and my neighbors down stairs have people upstairs here stomp all night and are moving furniture all the time all hours of nights, also trash is discarded and thrown on our porch from upstairs neighbors.i get sick of picking up their beer cans everyday! Also I keep finding nails by tires since I bought a reserved parking spot. They aren’t free here if you want one assigned to only you and I’m disabled so I can’t walk far and some of them got mad cause I paid to reserve a spot close to my apartment. Maintenance is good about fixing stuff quick and other than top residents it’s a good place but not cheap either. Just wish the people above us didn’t party all the time since we have kids that go to school early in mornings and husband gets up at 4 am for work. The office ladies are nice and try to help with any issues. I just gave up with trying to get neighbors to stop throwing their trash onto our porch and them partying until 3-4 am. It Doesn’t seem to help when they say they will talk to them. Other than really noisy people above us up all hours of the night and keep us up it’s a nice place to live. No crime here since we’ve been here for 6 months. I have no issues with bugs or roaches. You just got to be clean and you shouldn’t have an issue if you don’t leave food or dirty dishes out and clean up. I have my own washer and dryer in apartment so I don’t use theirs
